My dad died seventeen years ago. Yet, there is not one day that I do not think of him. I smile when I am working inefficiently and I think of him telling me, "Get the right tool for the job and the job is made easy." I chuckle when I realize that I must change my tactics in order to accomplish a goal. I hear his voice stimulating an inner creativity, "There is more than one way to skin a cat." I reflect on his brilliant smile as he tells me, "I wouldn't trade you for all the tea in China," and I feel loved.
